My new ELC RW 1401P

I like that it’s darkened a bit unevenly between body and sleeves. Reminds me of some original rough wears I’ve seen.

Here’s a pic of Vic’s RW 18091 for comparison:

That hide is fantastic. Current Eastman russet batch is more reddish

That uneven wear is what just can’t be duplicated in the time worn, 50cal. or combat clone types of finishes. They just can’t get it down properly . A jacket has to be worn a bunch to get that look. Great jacket Grant !!

That's my stumbling block. I have some amazing patches to place on jackets; however, I can't put my faith in people around here...

The jacket looks sweet on you . Looks like the arms have creased up nicely . Did you find the sleeves shortened a bit with the creasing .
If I may suggest one thing . It’s hard to see the entire jacket because of the shadows , next time have your photographer have the sun to their back and you face the sun . It will make it easier to see all of your jacket .

Thanks Burt- photographer is an old gate leaning against a shed... I’ll ask but I’m not sure I’ll get much joy
Definitely shortened a bit, even the back length is at 24” which is way below what is listed on HPA. I don’t remember what it was originally though.
