Machines used on a B-2 Cap

Does anyone know what machines were used to make B-2 Caps?

I'm looking at this seam and it appears to be a cover stitch, yet its more like a zig-zag double stitch?

Anyone make this cap that knows what they use?

I don't think it is a fur machine as the stitch it makes is not a zig zag like in the pics. I tried this with a fur and the closest I got was with a lock stitch, then cover stitch over that. But it's not the same.

I used a B I have with some scrap shearling. The stitch pattern isn't a zig zag. I originally thought the Bonis too, like you would use on a shearling jacket.

Any possibility it was done on a serger? Then put a top stitch to add a decorative look? I've seen B-2's with, and without the top stitch.

Will Sean from five star be able to help… assuming he’s making his in house and from an original pattern.
