Late 80s b-3

Hi new here from uk had this b-3 made for me in late 80s can not remember who manufactured it but well before internet

Looks ok, unusual to have underarm gussets

Hi have given it and clean and started wearing it again
I have found out that it's an early 83 - 84 CIRRUS uk company.
B-3 I brought it though the exchange and mark in the good old days before the internet
You can just make out the blue text still
