L-2BB Italy

Recently I bought a L-2BB flight jacket. It has at Italian flag patch on the sleeve and a white label inside. I can't find any info about it (maybe that is with a reason) Does anyone know more about this type of jacket?

I had the identical jacket a few years ago and moved it on, saw some NOS on eBay the other day. Italian airforce copy of the L-2B? Found the length a bit long for my taste & prefer the 100% nylon shell of the original.
