Japanese made A2 style jacket

Bit of a different review here guys, bought this from Japan, meant as a fashion jacket, and I bought it as such either to wear as a general beat em up jacket, paint, put a old RKO patch on, think I still have one somewhere with Bugs or another character on, or to pass on as I buy stuff to sell through the Spanish fashion/vintage market, anyway sigh I'll begin haha

First up, the bad points, in my opinion as I know I'm among artisans of jackets, bearing in mind 90% is the fashion market and we're niche collectors, the pockets are way too close to side seams, would have been nice more centred, the collar looks too large to me, the snaps are modern small, it's tagged as 40 but runs smaller

Good points, it's horsehide, I paid 75 Euro for it, 75 Euro for horsehide, not bad, I don't know the maker company, just Japanese and they used to sell on Amazon Japan now no longer, the hide is actually supple, grained and will soften, scuff into a nice wearable jacket, liner, cotton, close to a original colour, authentic styled label, stamps both on liner and inner wind flap, zipper is a ykk no.5 , obviously but bell shaped, knits are wool, fit actually isn't bad, I'll only get a t-shirt under it but I like like that and it fits close, not like a sack on me, anyway down to photos , do I think it's worth what I paid, hell yeah, I can't get a horsehide jacket here for 75 Euro, but it is what it is!

Nice jacket, fully agree about looking for items at Japanese auctions or vintage shops [more pricey stuff but very often much rarer]. Have you used any proxy service to win the auction?

Nice, proxy services are very helpful to get any stuff from Japan, also on some auctions you can find rare items.
