Thanks for the new photos, I have pulled the trigger on the BoB in russet.
I got them to send me some pics of one in that spec as they are not on their site.
I also keep looking at the pics on the brand new one on ebay.
Sad I know but I have to keep the excitement going somehow!!!

This will be interesting knowing you had the Ace's High to compare with.

I bought my first Irvin at the Flying Legends show some years ago in the ELC stall... On that day it was scorching hot - perfect timing for a sheepskin jacket...
Even the reenactors on the flighline walk were abandoning their jackets and had their short sleeves up
So you are not alone in getting a sheepskin right for summer

Awesome article, I gotta be honest the whole broken grain thing is in my opinion just fugly I personally would prefer just the tanning process as on the original
