In need of someone to repair the seam tapes on my Irvin.

Hi to all;

Does anyone have a repair person in the US who will repair the shoulder seam tapes on an old Repro Irvin?
I'm looking for a period type repair or replacement specialist. I've attached a few photo's so you can see the problems.
