Horsehide A2 "Tiger's Revenge" at Whiteman AFB, MO.

From a display at the 509th Bomb-Wing building. Horsehide I believe, lighter seal color, with similar color knits. Khaki cotton liner and thread, no collar stand. Nametag stamped in Bodoni. 23 mission bombs and a machine-printed or silk screened patch (not hand-painted). I can't find any information about "Tiger's Revenge," a plane? A squadron? (Edit: a B-24, see below) "Sedalia Army Airfield" as this was once called was where C-47 crews learned to tow gliders. There's a nice patina all over, closeup from the wind flap.
