Help with repairing a vintage N-2

Hi all,

Hoping for a little help. I was very very fortunate to come across a vintage Sigumd Eisner N-2 sitting in a vintage store recently for an absolute bargain! The jacket itself is in amazing condition, hardly worn with perfect knits, zips etc. Unfortunately the mouton fur lining to the hood has dried and torn. Would anyone know of someone who could replace it?

Thanks

To make it correctly...change the whole fleece...all others will not help.
BTW, welcome.

A simple replacement task for anyone who professionally alters clothes or a skilled amateur (A tailor will charge much more). You can source replacement mouton by searching for mouton coats in Charity/Thrift Shops or eBay ( search for beaver lamb fur coat). If you manage to find one you can examine under the lining (which often isn’t attached at the hem), before buying it make sure it isn’t constructed from small pieces stitched together.
