Good luck charms

I have one of those... mine came with a pic of a man in a fedora or sorts on the backside. they are fragile. the plastic lens is really thin but removable. the plastic "frame" would not withstand too much knocking around and the area where the chain is wouldn't take a tug without cracking and snapping off being over 70 years old. I display mine with my Cruver recognition B-17 model. you can get similar modern ones from Etsy and eBay for cheap and if you loose it no big deal.

My friend always carried his good luck charm in his helmet bag until Life Support was cleaning out the junk some guys kept and threw it away.

They thought it was a peach pit, but it was an old turnip.

"If I get shot down, it's gonna be your fault!"

I told my dad this story. In complete seriousness he said, "You don't mess with someones juju."
