G-1 jacket/Irvin replica labels?

Hi all. I’ve recently been bitten by the flight jacket bug and bought myself a cheap Cooper G-1 from ASOS marketplace that needed new cuffs and a waistband. These are being dealt with at the moment at a repair shop near me but i was wondering what year the jacket was made?

also i’ve read on here that the early cockpit clothing company Southampton jackets are good in regards of quality etc. Does anyone recognise this label in terms of year of manufacture?

I think your Cooper G-1 dates from the early to mid-1980's. I have one, and it's a fine jacket.

Had a Cockpit Clothing Irvin type go through my hands a while back, was of a nice quality
