EU boot size conversion ?

Does an EU size 44 convert to a US size 10.5 ? If no what EU size does?Clark.

Anyone have a pair of these chinese made 3/4 russet cap toes or rough outs ? run big or small . How about a pair of Corcoran Army boots ? I wear a 10.5 in just about all my shoes.
