Estate sale Perry

So I'm waiting to hear what the estate sale is going to ask for it, but a sale coming up has far in the background a glaring A2. I called and asked and sure enough it's a Perry W35 AC-23377.
Of course it's just one pic, but it looks decent. Clean, no patches. What's a general price I should pay for this if they're even close? It's a size 38.
