ELC Star/Cable zips

Can anyone tell me why (or indeed if) the ELC Cable comes with a repro Talon and the Star an NOS original? So says the website anyhow.

I imagine the web site needs some updating. From what I've heard, the NOS Talons have been used up, though there may be some Stars that were already put together with the NOS. Just my speculation, of course. Gary Eastman is good at e-mail replies.

Well just rang them and Alan said they are still using NOS WWII zips which is great! I'll check again when I order of course.
