Fits you exactly like my Gibson & Barnes '422 fits me...just a bit on the spare side all around, with a hunk of slack in the waistband. Mine's a 40 where I usually take a 42-44.

About 11 or 12 years old now, and used a lot:

Although both my G1 and M422A are size 44 the G1 has a slightly more "hugging" fit, but still very comfortable, thanks to the bi-swing back.
