Till we see an original, we can safely assume the Security 32-485 (the one with the button pockets) had a stand collar. This one doesn't.

ANJ-3 ???.... obviously re-lined with HBT, in theater. I have a reprop of this jacket that looks almost identical. John C Informed me that the ANJ-3 is rarely seen as opposed to the -3A (shearling collar)...could this really be the actual thing?

I would say this is a private purchase jacket from the war. The lack of a collar stand rules out an early 30s jacket and the three piece sleeves were also features of some civi jackets during the 1940s.

There are pictures in Full Gear.

It had a collar stand, with the throat clasp sewn in, not riveted.
