There’s about 5 iconic A2 jackets that could qualify as the ‘Holy Grail “ of A2’s. The Chennault A2 is definitely one of them, as is the Yeager A2 and the Gen. Mac Arthur A2
I posted this before, but it’s worth a look again as it is representative of the some of the other A2’s that men attached to Chennault's unit wore . This belonged to the father of a friend:

It's been a while since I was able to visit DC's Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, but has anyone else been able to get better photos of Claire's Aero? The last time I was there the lighting was understandably very low, so getting a decent photo was tough.
