Chinese Nationalist Air Force leather flight jacket.
Hand painted Cadet Pilot Wings.
The insignia bears the Roman Numeral VII (12) inside the wings which indicates that this jacket was used by a pilot in the Chinese Air Force 12th Squadron (Reconnaissance) who flew Lockheed P-38 Lightnings.
The zipper is a modern replacement.
