Chinese made USN deck jacket

I keep looking at these on ebay and thinking, hmmm, but I'm a bit dubious as the photos don't exactly instill confidence. Notice that the jacket that the guy is wearing has a much shorter zipper from the bottom than the one in the other photo. The quality and sizing are also unknowns that are putting me off. I apologise if this has been discussed before, I've been off the forum for quite a while, but does anyone have experience of these jackets that they can pass on to me ? Thanks.
