Can’t access emoji’s . Anyone else having that problem?

I've had the problem for a while on my phone, but I think I could see them on my desktop (pre-update, anyway).

FWIW -- the old-fashioned keystrokes work and translate thru the code to graphics. (such as)

Understand but when I touch the three dots and the master emoji appears and I touch it, I get nothing. It’s no big deal I know and not worth anyones time, I was just trying to see if I was not doing something correctly .

Hmm. Not on my Android (anymore), but they're here on my Mac desktop.

Now if I could only get the cursor to work so I could bold and italicize.
