Bronson U.S. Navy Deck Jacket help

Hello!

First time posting!
Does anybody know a way to remove the "US NAVY" print on the Bronson deck jackets? I really like the early blue zippered one but the only thing getting in my way is the fact that I'm not nor have ever been in the Navy and don't want it there. I'm not sure how its printed but has anyone tried to do this?

I don't think it'll be possible without damaging the jacket.

removing such an imprint might cause heavy damage to the fabric but at least discoloration

You might look at the AT the front version of the blue deck jacket, which I believe comes without the US navy marking

Find a permanent ink felt marker pen in that shade of blue and very carefully go over the US Navy stencil. It will still be there but not nearly as noticeable. Or you could sew a patch over the stencil. Terrific jacket that.

who u? wear it as is. unless ya have a double mirror, you will not see it. if it really bugs ya, get an original. stains, wear, moth holes, etc.
