I found these in my loft, some diesel boots I forgot I even had . I’ll probably sell with original box n cotton carry bags size 8

Both pairs are about 12 years old, were in rotation for about 5 and have been abandoned in a damp shed for around 7.
I think the Iron Rangers will be fine, tough old boots they are, but unfortunately a rat seems to have chewed the 1907s, still I think they'll be wearable, I probably won't be though.

Wow ! Those were in dire straights . Did you use a little saddle soap on them first to get the dirt off? There’s a wealth of youtube videos out there to help you out with this project . The boots start out much like yours and by the end of the video they really look great . The iron rangers you showed were so bad I didn’t realize they were rangers until you took some dirt off!:)

I should add as I just remembered that my survival suit for winter sailing (here you need a proper insulated and buoyant survival suit so if you go overboard you can survive for a reasonable period in freezing ocean) and which is that hyper lurid orange SAR colour has white soles too. Can't scuff the deck even in life-threatening conditions!
