How do you find their sizing, @ausreenactor? Looks like a great deal. I don't see any actual numbers on the sizes...

I would roll down one size. If your stomach matches/exceeds your chest then worn size would be best.

I own one of those M41 - the “L” which is as far as I remember ratet as 42-44 fits like a 46
