Anyone recognize the label in this jacket?

I was looking through vintage A2’s on EBay when I came across this one . The label is puzzling because it doesn’t conform to any label formats I’m familiar with and I thought I’d post it for your opinions .It’s listed as a Perry Sportswear 1756 which it is but the label looks different .
