Anyone ID this jacket 1940s

I have this jacket on it's way to me.
Seller mentioned possibly RAF I don't think so but the think that caught my attention was the main zip.
On closer inspection of the picture I could see it's an early zip similar if my the same as used on Irvin jackets.
I do like the style just hope it fits.

Almost looks like some type of hybrid jacket. Or a French Cyclist jacket without a collar.
