Ancient Eastman B3

Reliably informed that this is is from the 1980's. Talon puller but unknown track, probably Aero.
It looked like it had been in an attic for years. Filthy when I bought it , now washed and clean.

Before and after. There is a darker area around the collar from hair cream.

Always a twitch doing these things.....big risk buying from the far east but the rewards can be worth it. Photos can be unclear so you can end up with a turkey.
I would never have worn it unwashed.

looks like ya nailed, john. aside from those goofy zippers, the early elc b-3s were very, very nice, and supple out of the box, as against the "broken grain" ones made today.

Came up great! I had a tanker once with a zip like that, with the square stopper box.

No just grime...not sweaty gunge but attic age like oil or soot. The buckles are completely oxidised

Probably going to sell this one in favour iif a mono tone, at cost it was under 400 gbp
