Gents,

This one was ordered by a customer on eBay, and he preferred not to have me darken the leather. As evidenced by the stunning jackets that Andrew recently posted, this should be the case, but... the customer is always picky... ahem, I mean, right.

This leather, if properly darkened, would be the closest to originals from this contract that I have found.

Amazing, am I correct thinking you've removed ever so slightly a bit of finish at the folds? If so, perfectly done, smooth transition.

I do wish that I could claim responsibility for that, as it does look cool. But alas, no. This is a product of the leather being top grain, and aniline dyed. The natural "pull up" as its referred to in leather parlance, is a bi-product of that type of leather.

Wow. That's the only thing that comes to mind to say... just, wow!
And I agree with your customer, digging that shade of russet - gives it a bit of 'depth' and a 'glow' that would be lost if it were too much darker. (ducks for cover :lol: )
