Yes. Actually they're selling L-2s and L-2As but calling them L-2B incorrectly.

On the subject of repro L-2s, there’s a very cheap Brents Sportswear L-2A on EBay at the moment. Aside from the zipper these are actually some of the more accurate repros out there (is a size small though and ignore the MA-1 mislabel).
