Mine was shipped Registered Mail, which is basically 'regular' mail with a signature required for delivery. I will say that it's a bit disappointing for the $68.00 USD I was charged. Hell, 5-Star Leather manages to ship DHL Express with consistent tracking (no black holes between countries) to my door in less than a week, and includes it in the inexpensive cost of their jackets.

As I posted above, It's looking like mine may be here on Saturday. At least I know it's in the States now.;)

@Technonut2112 mine still says pre-shipped :0(

Mine did as well until just the other day... It is common for 'regular mail' international shipments to not show any tracking until scanned for the first time in the States. It is also common for some not to be scanned at all, and will just show up one day out-of-the-blue. Your package should be along any day now I'd imagine.... Until then:

My Dubow had updates from Athens up to the time when it entered Germany. However, the updates were 2-3 days delayed. The day before I received my jacket, Athens showed an update that it entered Germany 2 days before the update...

Btw, the parcel that Platon shipped me has plenty of stamps on it (19 in total).

After several days hard wear doing jobs around the place and horses - which included a good soaking this morning, the jacket is starting to wear in nicely. I'm afraid my repro's tend to get used hard, work wear rather than statement wear.
You know what you should upload now ;)

Right here we go. Been a wet few days and I've worn this jacket throughout. This includes doing all the jobs outside jobs including in, around and handling my horses [big heavy working horses], fencing, stable jobs, feeding, driving, hosing off the horses etc. The jacket has got thouroghly soaked more than once, splashed with mud and other stuff, washed off and worn over other stuff that meant it's stretched to fit.

All the above means its acheived wear and character that would take months and months or yearsyea only used in a "normal civilised" environment. It's certainly had a lot more thrown at it in a very short time than many would subject theirs to during their period of ownership.

As a precaution I slapped some Pecards on it this morning which will explain the sheen in the photos.

Verdict: I reckon it's held up well and taken on a bit of character too.

Will post photos when i get a decent connection.
