I recently sold a jacket for $600.00 on Ebay, the fees were $70.00 then they notified me I reached $600 in sales, now I will receive a 10/99 to pay tax. I already paid tax on this item, and now being taxed for the sale. Ridicules!

Reading between the lines of that thread, and this one, I would think the jacket was returned for too short sleeves, and 25.5" was not accurate?
Correct: Seller uses method 1 and Buyer uses method 2
In a size 48 A-2 I've seen shoulder to shoulder from 18" to 22" from many makers, which will effect the epaulets length from 7" to 8 1/2" so it's very important to know your size. I like jackets squared up on the shoulders also.
I've ordered many jackets using method 1 without any issues. Bought and sold with method 1 with over 60 flight jackets, originals, and repros without incident/complaints. Could it possibly be why there is such a turn around with jacket collectors because there are many methods out there for...
