What jacket(s) are you wearing at the moment?

Yeah looks that way but it’s not really a problem as original war time production jackets had pocket flaps that weren’t always exact matches . Many had little wonky and mismatched features This actually makes the jacket look a little like the originals did .

Here's a picture with both pockets visible.
One could argue, see slight difference between the two. I'm happy as is and as mentioned, period correct.

Looks good to me Burt, I told you about my original Perry, right pocket flap was sewn nearly two inches overlap towards the right side, gives it character, agreed, perfection isn't always a sign of origina l:)

Working on it.
But yes, to each his own, but this jacket came out better than I expected.
Love the Dubow style, feels really nice wearing it, and that goatskin is pretty tough stuff.

Wife says "smells like an old goat", not sure if she means the jacket. Gotta ask first, update later.
Haha old goat, wife says the new Japanese horsehide jacket smells also, said sure it's not my socks, she replied nope I remind you about them! Cheeky mare haha :D

Sunday morning,
realizing it's a good thing I did not pursue that modeling career after all.

But in a best effort showing my brand new, out of the box, 5star goatskin Dubow 27798.
knits, stitching, all as requested.
Sun is out here, so ideal outerwear for a morning walk

@Shawn Ali
Thanks team 5star, I'm a happy customer.

Hey looks still as good as new Pierre depending on how much you wore it since you got it, that's a proof of quality for AVI's jackets (besides the creases on the sleeves from breaking in of course)
Yes, I wear it almost every day when the weather permits, but I applied a leather care product to my jacket a short time ago which gave it a bit of a shine.
It looks a little less dark when I'm outside, but it doesn't show much in the photos. I find that it always shines more in photos than in real light, I can't get a shot that looks as good as it does in real life.
But yes, it seems to be a strong jacket !! :D
