PAINTED EASTMAN MONARCH

The 320th BG / 441st BS has always been of special interest, so asked Jerome to paint up my Monarch as a tribute to the 441st BS based on the photo below. I asked him to use lead based enamels so the art will wear and chip much like the originals. I think he did a kick ass job! Now I just have to wear the shit out of this Monarch.

Rocking the old MASH M-35 Army/Civilian Conservation Corp denim dungarees. Awesome denim that wears like iron and is fading beautifully, just like the originals! The Japanese are true masters at re-creating vintage denim!

Amazing looking jacket. As someone who was painting A-2s back before everyone and their uncles were doing so, I think this was a very good paint job!
