What an interesting combo Brice. Love it. Of course if i did that to an Eastman, folks would think i was bonkers and “not authentic”...... ;)

Anton was only one amongst many...and ...know what...most of them if they survived, kept penfriends ( or more) with the original A-2 owner.
I have an A-2 Cooper and an Irvin like that...with history and provenance...

Man, that’s a hell of a trophy...bet he didn’t continue to wear it after the war though, at least not without removing some of the insignia first...
