This is the risk when buying from Japan via an auction house. You can't ask questions and the translations are vague and confusing.
If there is doubt I don't bid. If the pictures are not assisting with the decision I don't bid. In a decade of buying from Japan I have had
a few jackets arrive that are a lot smaller than expected, adorned with cigarette smoke and the odd knit issue that I could not detect. I
have never had a fake purchased from the BR section. What was the start price on the jacket auction? Just remember you bid it up.

Caveat emptor. Same as on eBay. If this jacket went on eBay the price would have been even higher.

My 'daily wearer' is an M model Buzz Rickson. As good as new after 15 years. My go to jacket for my two hours of airconditioned, post
dinner bliss in the tropics.

It looks like you are just unhappy with the price vs jacket. Been there, done that. Buyee, the Forum and on eBay. Make a Paypal claim
and cross your fingers they don't required you to ship the jacket back... That would be a nightmare. Get your money, flip the jacket on
eBay and get paid twice for the jacket.
Thanks once again u plus 3 is other believers tell me it’s a keeper so it’s all good

Supplement that Toyo period's Buzz's QC may not be as good as modern Buzz QC. IMO, they got small places wrong, flipping thread, overlapping thread, etc, but big direction right - authenticity details - generally speaking . Look at the texture of your Toyo Alpaca lining vs Pilot's photo 's lining - yours textures seems to be Much more real than the 2nd photo.
For modern buzz, the QC is speechless, almost to a faultless level, they are small things right but big things sometimes wrong. but as said, very few version are excellent, really really good, but most are bad. For example, size small vs sz 36, the lining, etc, etc
In short, one has to look at specific version's details
ThT explains that then cheers Geeboo your the maan

Art, I think too that this is authentic early Buzz. My B-15C (early BR) also has only a similar white Toyo label in pocket. The Buzz Ricksons brand owned (or was owned) by Toyo Corporation and I fully share Greeboo’s opinion.
Hopy you will enjoy jacket and will post here some fit pics when get it.

Congratz on the Buzz B-15A score Art... :) I know that I'm going to be browsing Buyee more often.... ;) I had a couple of disappointments in the past from items I tried to buy being out-of-stock when Buyee attempted the purchases for me. I finally got lucky recently, and landed a decent Buzz L.S.L. Garment Co. B-10 in a size 44 for $254.00 USD including shipping and fees. :D

Going by the amount of fading (hardly any) on the roundel transfer, the jacket looks like it wasn't worn much at all. VERY acceptable previously-owned condition for the $$ to me.

Like I said it fits and feels fantastic on it was just a few eyebrow raising moments that I should of been prepared for as it was all visible in the sellers pics. I can live with a few lose threads and a label that’s like 50% of repos and originals (bit bent or sloppy stitch). All in all a satisfying purchase I went for the no frills delivery option and my jacket was waiting to be picked up with a £50 combined customs charge so all told I’ve paid £310-320 all in and YEESSS I would use them again just not at 4am
