Oh dear, sorry Ken I only looked at the label to make sure I put it on the right way.

Just had a look, nothing to write home about is it, but I'm no expert.

Did your friends really rag on you about the sweater? I think it looks good. What did they say? Are you and I out of touch with today’s fashion world?o_O

They do, but they're very good mates so it's only to be expected.
Captain Birdseye has been a recent phrase used lol I don't care :)
I'm quite happy to be out of touch with fashion if the onesy was anything to go by.

That's more or less what everyone else at Aero said but that's what the RAF used to hand out to the volunteer knitters who added their name or group to the label by hand

Jeggins are my pet hate, IMO the worst clothing trade faux pas of all time, even worse that those platform sole boots I used to make in the 70s!
The factory is full of young kids from Heriot Watt Uni all wearing them while they could get LVC 501s at cost, I shudder sometimes

Holly was especially scathing as apparently the label maker changed the hand written font that she's chosen and nobody noticed until they arrived. I think they are what they are and are therefor OK

No Ken, "dirty denim" was infinitely worse. Those jeans that seemed to be all the rage a decade or so back that when you bought new from the shop looked like you'd been sleeping rough on the street for 6 months straight or you'd been shat on by a camel with a bad dose of the runs.

Whilst jeggings are a bit iffy, a girl with a great bum can still look good in them. The same cannot be said of dirty denim.

I'm not sure, it feels more luxurious than my other two but a bit shorter than my Irvin, so 18 at a guess.

Edit

Just had a look with a tape, seems to be about 18mm.

Pure Irvin weather here. High of 0 low of -2 Celsius with wind so just the ticket.

Might try and take a snap tomorrow during the small (and shrinking day by day) window of minimal daylight we have here inside the Arctic Circle.

At The Front Tanker jacket with the polar fleece (not wool) lining. A favorite although I don't get to wear it much since it rains so much here.
