today i`m wearing a AVI G1 outta the "improved" production batch

on my first AVI off the initial production run the zipper gave up so I sent her back and got a replacement within 3 days

the jacket I got is from a second (or even third???) batch with some "improvements"

most remarkable differences to the 1st jacket is the knittings (colour and weave) - the knitting is brighter in colour but has now a seam on the sleeve-end knittings, leather is softer than on the initial run but a bit more uneven in the graining which I preffer coz it looks more "natural" to me - it is also softer than on the initial jacket, the mouton is darker in colour which is not as nice as the brighter version of the first jacket and finally the zipper seems to be more sturdy than on the first production run

The jacket doesn’t look one size too small from that photo. I’d get that zip fixed and put that baby back into the rotation ;)

Agreed, defo not too small. The shoulder seams are slightly beyond your shoulders and the sleeve knits tunnel in a bit. How much larger would you wanna go?

Just got this ELC House A2 from Ken through the trade-in. I think the fit is perfect! I am extremely happy with laying hand on a premium A2 for the first time in my life. I wonder why I even bothered with some other low-end/mid-range vendors claiming 100% made in USA before... Very excited to wear this ELC jacket!
