I know there are those who say an open policy has enhanced this forum. Agree to disagree but can’t such posts still just be deleted by the mods once we see it is a “disingenuous membership”? Surely we are not so PC as to feel every post is important to the forum - it isn’t. There are other specialty forums having open policies that are now so full of spam posts they are useless to read much less search.

Raymond - I’m assuming here that you are genuinely interested in vintage leather jackets and are not about to start advertising non vintage leather jackets for sale as some new members have tried unsuccessfully.
Can I suggest you read a few posts in the forum before posting again. It might save you further embarassment. The members of this forum are already aware of the information in your post - and much more! If you read widely in this forum you’ll gain lots more knowledge about the jackets you seem to be interested in.
