I got a copy directly from the author when it was published , it is now looked upon as the "BIBLE" for AAF collectors . It deals with only the items etc used in the ETO . but its worth every penny !!
I actually own a piece of equipment that was photographed and included in the book .

The A2 does get a mention , but i think Mathieu , the author knows how well that subject has been covered by others
