Have you seen this? Ray Ban released Aviators with hook temples, but only in the US and in very limited quantities. I would have loved one of these.... :/

Completely sold out, but I bet Ray Ban was testing the waters to see if they would sell.
I have a feeling they will release them again in larger quantities now that they’ve seen success in the market place.

Or I should just buy an outdoorsman, which is basically a modern issue of the same style. Not sure about the sweatbar though. Thing is, I already own a pair of classic aviators with polarized lenses which I really like, so the "upgrade" may be more sensible.

The Randolph Aviators are nice too. This style dates back to before Randolph was in business, but they have the contracts now.

This style is a bit sturdier and maybe slightly more practical. I realize these are from a different era, but then again they go better with a F-14 impression.
