What jacket(s) are you wearing at the moment?

I hope that @Ken at Aero Leather liking my post about the need for a repro M421 on the market is some sort of subtle hint that Aero has one coming? I can dream :D haha!

No, not even on our radar, the few cloth jackets we already produce keep our cloth machinists busy enough
What it does mean, however, is that I'd love to find another, vintage or repro for myself
My last one of several died many moons ago

That used to be par for the course for newbies on VLJ and here was me thinking that things had changed for the better recently

For those who missed it;

"Now go introduce yourself in the new members BIO section" + " so everyone can say hi and welcome" +"and stop complaining! " + ;)
+ "Welcome my friend" + " Love the Star" + " G1 looks awesome " = Light Hearted Kidding.

Cheers to all

If you are about ELC Star Sortswear, then I'm with you. This is my best A2 and the smell of its leather I would include in my favorite perfume. There really will be many more smells from the hangar with piston planes, but Star's smell will be there for sure.

yes indeed! The ELC Star Sportswear was my first A-2 purchase! I own three jackets now. an ELC RoughWear 42-1401P and a Goodwear Leather Co., John Chapman made Aero 16160. some days (in season) I have a difficult time deciding which to wear! LOL!

I was lucky a bit more. I have a day off today (I managed to leave so many messages in one day, tomorrow I will disappear :) ), besides, we ran out of heat weather and I spent half a day wearing my Star, although we almost fell under the rain.

Grant. From the looks of that ELC it appears they forgot about it in a box in back of the warehouse where they threw it last year. Ha.

Looks great already and it’s new.
I like the AAF decal contrast. I went with one for my dark seal dubow I just ordered.
