Catching the last of the cooler jacket weather this morning... :):( Decided on the ol' reliable GW RW 27752 in Shinki:

Counting down the cooler days... Trying to get a day's wear each out of my favorites before it turns to summer temps in a blink of an eye. :(

Wearing my Cossack in very nice cow today. :) I almost sold this one awhile back, due to the shoulders being just a bit snug for an extremely good price. Gathering my senses since the hides used on this are so nice, not to mention the color, I decided to bite the bullet and give it a good cool water soak. ;)

The jacket withstood me wearing a thick sweatshirt underneath while wet, and then stretching with force in every possible position standing and sitting for hours until dry.. The results as one can now see were VERY good! The jacket fits pretty damn well, and most importantly, is comfortable.. :D REALLY supple now after a good application of Pecard's to boot. Here's the pics:

I actually co-designed this jacket with a designer based in Colorado earlier this year, based on the Eisenhower jacket. Made a few tweaks to give it a more modern look, such as revealed buttons, longer back length, and a British wool melton fabric, etc. Luckily temperature is low today so I got the chance to wear it out.

Can’t see the BR Superior Togs B-10 on your rail Nahua! Hope you’re still enjoying it!

Cheers

Chris
Chris, I posted a photo of my (your) B-10 on TFL a while back. I love it! My jackets are mostly in the basement (that's where I reside). You'd see my beaters, an AVI G1 and an Cockpit USA A2, on the rail.

I'm still struggling to wear my Superior Togs B-10 more frequently as I adore its like-new condition way too much haha! You bet this is one jacket I won't sell.

Typical Arctic, over the weekend we were well into double figures yet today a northerly blew through, the temperature dropped like a stone and we were 3 to 6 Celsius.

I honestly thought I'd finished with the old girl but I dragged the Irvin out again and was very happy to have done so. Photo from earlier this year but you get the drift. There's something about ELC Irvins and how well they get with wear. I wouldn't sell mine for all the tea in China.

Talk about up and down like a bloody yo-yo, after 3 to 6 Celsius yesterday the mercury shot up into the mid double figures today. I pulled out this one, it's nothing terribly exclusive but it's well made, jolly comfortable and the patina the leather is getting is better and better.

19 forecast for tomorrow which in the Arctic at this time of year is verging on tropical.

Pilot, that is a very sweet looking 27798. Gives new meaning to the word patina. Looks like it has a story or two to tell. My GW 20960 is not quite there yet.
