What jacket(s) are you wearing at the moment?

Thanks guys. This D-1 is one of my favorite jackets that I got at Flying Legends 10 or 11 years ago I think, although it feels like yesterday! This time of year I tend to alternate between it and a blue Buzz Rickson B-15C as my go to jackets.

It does look in that pic like it narrows at the waist although that must be an optical illusion in the pic as it doesn’t narrow in reality and is a boxy shape exactly as I got it from Eastman. I like the Crown zippers it has. I think the new ones currently have Kwik.

The denim in the pic is LVC ‘44’s that are very, very slowly breakin’ in. Almost as slowly as me workin’ me way through the barrels....still I’ll keep chipping away at it. Sitting in the pub on a Friday afternoon looking at VLJ is rather pleasant!

Cheers gents

Yeah, I remember how long it took for my '44's to break in. Be patient, try not to wash em too much and you'll be rewarded. Cheers!

Wore my 30 year old Schott Brothers B-3 to work this week

I don't wear it often since I moved to South Carolina and this week it was finally cold enough to drag it out

It may not be authentic but it sure is warm and at this point it's "vintage" but it's owner is "venerable"

Cold in Stavanger these days, but still not cold enough for a B-3, so still wearing my B-6 that I picked up last summer.

Today , as it’s a bit chilly I’m going for the pike brothers C-2 sweater and Eastman Monarch A-2 .

Those ELC Monarch's really are super special. Both of those photos have really got me thinking ;)

Interesting to see those two jackets. Has Eastman changed the pattern sometime in the past? Because Steve‘s seems to have differently shaped pocket flaps (more pointy)
