vintage Poland military jacket

I have no idea what era is it, maybe someone could have some input ? The jkt is gray in color. All buttons are engraved. The insignia rank is just a purple thick strap.

That's not Poland Geeboo. It's a postwar Dutch Civil Defence (Bescherming Bevolking) jacket in battledress style. It was a semi military organisation during the Cold War for protecting civilians during a nuclear conflict or at big dissasters. My guess is that your jacket dates from the '60s maybe '70's. It belonged to a non commissioned officer who acted as a scout (verkenner).
