I’m don’t know of any military jacket Tyie E-16.
I believe this is a commercially made fleece flight jacket. I just sold one that looks like the clone of this one .

As an addendum... it's made of genuine sheepskin shearling, and is very well-made compared to most commercial bombers I've handled.
