When are you expecting your first batch of Broncos in goat Jay? Will they have olive thread?
All the Bronco's moving forward will have Olive thread. The Russet Goat will be coming up soon. The next run is in production now and they are all in Russet Horse. The following run will be made in Goat. I estimate the Russet Goat will be ready in February. We need to have some samples tanned so we can select the best one that emulates the hide on the our original Bronco. Then we can tan up a big batch of hides for production.

We do all our hides this way. It takes some time but it is so much better than just relying on what we can find off the shelf. It allows us to control all aspects of the hide characteristics. Color, finish, thickness, and grain.

Is there the demand for a goat A1?
I used to own a steer ELC A1 that compared to my Norshor capeskin A1 was quite chalk and cheese, quite stiff by comparison albeit prob harder wearing but the capeskin was more comfortable and dare I say authentic! Looks nice though I must say!!

I used to have a goat LW (i think) A-1.
Goat has the flexibility and "stretch " for that style of jacket, whereas steer just can't work as well
Tbh I would love to get a goat A-1 again since its versatility and lightness is perfect for Australian climates and you can dress it up or dress it down better than most military jackets

My headwind A1 in goatskin was the best jacket I've owned,, unfortunately it was a 46,, 44 and was a grail jacket and a definite keeper, miles better than a eastman capeskin I sold on.
