Any recommendations for removing rubber cement from leather ?

The cement has not dried all the way.
And I have manage to peel off small pieces.
But some parts are tougher to remove.

I'm thinking that even if I'm able to remove
most of it...there will still be a stain left.
But that's ok. Thanks for any advice .

Hmmm. Rubber cement usually rolls off by hand fairly easily. If it is too difficult it could be Shoe Goo, contact cement, etc. Acetone is pretty good and, though potent, is surprisingly harmless on most leather I have used it on.
Jmo, Ymmv, etc.,

Dave,
Yes , it could be contact cement as well.
I remember using Acetone on other projects.
I still have some left. I believe I'll try it !

Thanks !
