Was in Falmouth with my daughter this afternoon. Found a USN A-1 deck jacket in a vintage shop. Male end of the Scovill zip had seen better days but otherwise pretty good shape. Beautifully made. Unfortunately it was an XXL and it was way too big. Knickers!

Yeah, it was huge on me. There was no price on it, and after I tried it on I didn’t bother asking. I guess I could have bought it and maybe Ebayed it, but I’ve about given up selling on Ebay these days. I buy ‘em to wear ‘em, I’m not a dealer.
