    hi all
I did a few searches before I decided to ask this question. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions about how to distress a newly painted jacket?
    Thanks
    Mike

No artist on here has any tricks they do other then “wear it a lot”?

You could gently sand the paint.

Lay it out in the sun for some lengths of time.

Try to “imitate” with sanding paper what usually happens when wearing your garment

And - inparallel also try to imitate where dirt collects

The good painters usually have their secret recipes which they don’t share with the public
