Clean lining

How can I disinfect the lining of a leather jacket?My mother says I shouldn't buy vintage because the person may have died when he had H1n1.Don't comment on the last sentence-I know.

Hello pwigle .... you can make a lather with a pure soap like Pears, and hand sponge it, and/or wipe it out with white vinegar.
