Very similar to Flight Suites label, which were made in El Cajon very close to San Diego

Anyone else spotted this curiosity on fleabay labelled as an Aero 42-15142-P made from seal Vicenza HH, it’s weirdly lined in Alpaca with corduroy lined sleeves, it has a bi swing back so not even an A-2 and is clearly made from goatskin and not horsehide.. I strangely like though...

I know what you mean regarding the fleece it’s really rather straight and not nubbly as @john would say, it’s built like a tank too

It appears generic, mine is the same and looking at pics of other mfgs it's the same, I presume you only get around it by folding the strap flat against the under side of the collar

Out in the Aero 38-1711-P, the jerky horse hide is pretty robust stuff and this thing has some very high arm holes, will want a bit of breaking in..

My wife buys and sells a lot on vinted, it might be worth looking into
